Refund Policy

Overview

At King's Characters, we pride ourselves on bringing joy and unforgettable memories to your events. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please review our refund policy below:

Deposits

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your event date and time. In the event of severe weather or an emergency, your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled event or refunded at our discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event (excluding deposit) will receive a full refund of any additional payments made.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit). 

No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice.

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee and based on availability.

Weather or Emergency Cancellations

In case of severe weather or emergencies, we will offer to reschedule at no additional charge or provide a  full refund, including the deposit, at our discretion.

No-Shows

If the client is not present or reachable at the scheduled time and no cancellation notice has been given, the event will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Performer Cancellation

If we must cancel due to illness or unforeseen emergency, we will offer you the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund, including your deposit.
